Two companies became one

Besqab, as of today, was formed during the spring 2024, when the two companies Aros Bostad and Besqab merged. Both companies have been active on the same market, with similar product offerings – development of long-term sustainable homes and attractive living environments.

The companies merged in order to create a new company with an even stronger market position and a broader portfolio of development projects and management properties, which in turn provides the conditions for increased production volumes, stable cash flows and new business opportunities.

Besqab was founded in 1989 and Aros Bostad was founded in 2006. Both companies were started on a small scale by entrepreneurial business acquaintances and several of the founders are still involved as major owners. Over the years, the operations grew into listed companies with the development of residential housing, and residential-related community products, all over Greater Stockholm and Uppsala.
