Aros Bostad completes and hands over Invernesshöjden phase 1

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has completed the first out of totally four phases within the residential development project Invernesshöjden in Danderyd.

The production of Invernesshöjden phase 1 was started in the end of 2019 and the apartments were sold out in the beginning of 2022. All 86 residential apartments were handed over to the tenant-owner association at the general meeting. The second phase, corresponding to 153 rental residential apartments, is under construction.
