Aros Bostad signs turnkey contract with NCC for 213 residential apartments in Solna

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed a turnkey contract with NCC Building Sweden (“NCC”) for the construction of 213 residential apartments in the project Femöringen in Solna. The construction start is planned for the first quarter of 2023. The residential project, which obtained building permit in January this year, was sold as a residential rental apartments project to Patrizia to the global investor Patrizia in June 2022.
