Besqab starts the production of two new residential projects
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) starts the production of two new residential projects, Aspen in Stockholm and Utsikten in Vaxholm. Together, the projects comprise 77 tenant ownership apartments, which will be constructed through a shared contract under Besqab's management.
Magnus Andersson, CEO Besqab, says:
“We are pleased to start the production of new residential projects in two different municipalities within Greater Stockholm. Sales were started just before summer, and both projects have been well received by the market. In general, we are seeing renewed interest in new development, and especially an increase in the number of customers finalizing deals and purchasing new homes.”
Aspen consists of 47 tenant ownership apartments spread across two buildings located in a well-established residential area in Aspudden, southern Stockholm.
Utsikten consists of 30 tenant ownership apartments in a seaside location in Vaxholm. The apartments are distributed across four point buildings, which represent the second phase of Besqab’s development project Norrberget. Norrberget will comprise a total of ca 230 new homes.
Both projects have started sales and are being constructed according to the Nordic Swan eco-label. Production started in September and is being conducted as a shared contract under Besqab’s management. Completion is expected by Q2 2026.
