Besqab completes and delivers a rental housing project in Huddinge to Patrizia
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) has completed and delivered a rental housing project with four apartment buildings in Huddinge to Patrizia. The handover is in accordance with the time schedule.
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) has completed and delivered another project in the portfolio of rental housing projects that were sold to Patrizia in June 2022. The project comprises 156 apartments in Huddinge.
In June 2022, Aros Bostad (now Besqab) sold a larger portfolio of rental housing projects to the global asset manager Patrizia. The portfolio included projects in Danderyd, Huddinge, Täby, and Solna. According to the agreement, the buyer will take possession of each housing project upon completion. In October 2024, the first project, located in Danderyd, was handed over. The completed projects have been delivered in accordance with the time schedule.
