Aros Bostad starts the sales of new build residentials in Huddinge and Täby

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has started the sales of new residentials in the development projects Tallbacken Snättringe and Viggby Ängar. Tallbacken, which is Aros Bostad’s first project in Huddinge, comprises a total of 40 terraced houses and 120 apartments. The first phase comprises 15 terraced houses, which are sold as tenant-ownerships. The second phase of Viggby Ängar, for which sales now has been started, comprises 46 apartments out of the project’s total amount of 250 apartments.
