Besqab completes and delivers first project in Patrizia deal
Besqab AB (publ) (“Besqab”) has completed and delivered the first project in the portfolio of rental residential projects sold to Patrizia in June 2022. The handover takes place according to schedule.
In June 2022, Aros Bostad (now Besqab) sold a significant portfolio of rental housing projects to the global asset manager Patrizia. The portfolio includes projects in Danderyd, Huddinge, Täby, and Solna. According to the agreement, the buyer takes over each residential project upon completion. The first project has now been handed over, which includes 153 residential units and a garage with 222 parking spaces in the development area of Invernesshöjden in Danderyd.
